Bhuna Garam Masala

This masala is my secret ingredient for any kind of tandoori or kebab recipes.

Ingredients :

1. Cinnamon- 2 large sticks
2. Coriander seeds- 1 large tbs
3. Black pepper- 1 tsp
4. Shahi jeera- 1 tbs
5. Clove- 5 to 6
6. Dry ginger- 1
7. Dry garlic- 4 to 5
8. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
9. Saunf- 1 tsp

Procedure :

Dry roast the ingredients in a pan. Do not burn the masala , just a little roasting. Paste them in a mortar well. Keep this bhuna masala in a air tight container for a month. This masala can be used as garam masala too. You will love the aroma of roasted masalas in it. It will enhance the smell of the dish.
